Online Payments

Using our secure payment system,  we welcome payments on line for a range of  services.  Please read the user process and the terms and conditions before proceeding to secure payment, clicking on the links below:-

 User Process

You will be asked to enter your name and address, details of the bill you wish to pay and your credit or debit card details. The Council currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro (domestic), Electron, JCB and Solo Cards. Please have your bill and credit/debit card to hand before proceeding. Once the payment has been confirmed online, you will be given a reference number and also sent a confirmation email, if you have provided an email address. Please note the reference number and quote in any queries about the payment. If payment is declined please contact your own bank to find out the reason why. Please do not delay payment until your card issues are resolved. Other methods of payment are detailed on your bill.

Terms and Conditions

Payments completed before 5.00 pm will be credited to your Highland Council Account by the following working day. Payments completed after 5.00 pm will be updated to your Highland Council Account the working day following this.
